Job Location

• Either Gurugram or Bangalore
• Working Pattern: Shift pattern of working in client time zones

Job Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve L2 support tickets for our enterprise-grade insurance platform.
• Monitor platform health using Prometheus and Grafana and raise alerts or tickets for anomalies.
• Execute the Production Support Runbook, coordinate with client IT teams, and escalate to L3 or development as needed.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA), contribute to post-mortems, and maintain support documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve application and infrastructure issues.
• Mentor L1 support team members on best practices to reduce escalations.

Essential Technology Skills

• 3+ years of experience in L2 support or production operations for enterprise applications.
• Candidate must be a B.Tech/BCA/MCA/BSc (any discipline)/BE (any discipline)/Graduate, with experience in technology
• Proficient in troubleshooting using SQL queries, system metrics, logs, and distributed traces using observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor).
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and how to support containerized applications.
• Hands-on experience with Azure services including AKS, Azure PostgreSQL, and Blob Storage.
• Competent in at least one scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.).
• Familiarity with incident and change management tools such as JIRA.
• Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.

Desirable Qualifications and Skills

Technical

• Troubleshoot across the full technology stack: Angular UI, Spring Boot/.NET backend, PostgreSQL, and Azure Blob storage.
• Investigate inter-service failures or performance issues across service mesh (Istio) and API Gateway (Apigee) layers.
• Provide event tracing and troubleshooting for services using Apache Kafka and Apache Camel connectors.
• Assist in Camunda BPMN and DMN workflow issue triage and process engine validation.

Non-Technical

• Experience supporting US-based clients.
• Experience in mentoring or leading support teams
