Solutioning Lead

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end pre-sales process, from initial client engagement to proposal submission and presentation
  • Spearhead the development and coordination of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) responses
  • Create and deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations of ChainThat’s platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to meet specific client needs
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the insurtech space
  • Provide technical and business expertise to support the sales team in client meetings and negotiations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in target accounts

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, solutions architecture, or technical sales roles, preferably in the insurance or insurtech sector
  • Strong understanding of insurance industry processes, challenges, and technology needs
  • Proven track record of successful RFP submissions and winning new business
  • Outstanding presentation and demo skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
