Key tasks
-
Plan and execute product roadmap as envisioned by stakeholders

Provide techno functional leadership and manage a team of 25+ developers
-
Do sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives with focus on delivery of features
-
Accountable for product delivery, maintenance and support teams
-
Coordinate and collaborate with Architecture, Quality and business teams to deliver next generation, high quality product components and/or micro services
-
Responsible for People Development, Capacity planning, Delivery Management, and Stakeholder communication
Key skills
-
Minimum of 14 yrs. of work experience in a relevant role
-
Leading and managing software application development teams preferably in Insurance industry
-
Candidate should have hands-on experience working on Microsoft Dot Net or JAVA projects
-
Candidate must have either strong technology background or proven knowledge in functional domain with technology exposure
-
Proven experience in Agile planning, execution and continuous improvement

Attitude to work dynamically in a matrix environment

Rationale thinking, high ethical standards, and ability to logically analyse any situation, problem, or business functionality
-
Graduation or Post-Graduation in Technology related professional courses or similar qualification from a respectable institution
-
Effective communication both verbal and written is a must
Desirable Skills

Prior Experience in Product development

Prior knowledge of Policy admin systems in P&C Industry
